Leah took Lucky initially after a friend realized she could not keep Lucky due to allergies. Knowing that I wanted a cat to keep me company until Matt moved to Minnesota (and that Matt and I had always talked about getting a cat), Leah willingly cared for Lucky for about two weeks before I could pick her up in Iowa City Labor Day weekend.
Lucky was very calm during her move from Iowa City to Chaska, and since moving, has enjoyed exploring the many hiding spots...
and high perches of the townhouse.
Lucky is a great companion, and I can not wait for her to meet Matt and Rio (hoping the dog + cat introduction goes well!).
